First off, I have to say that Devin was amazing. Not only did he allow my nervousness to go away, but he actually talked to me like a person, a peer, a friend. It made the entire process go so well I felt like I was just chatting with a friend. With that, I actually was able to get out of my head and ask questions I normally wouldn’t, and those questions can be extremely important. There was no intimidation at all. I felt safe and comfortable being myself and that’s pretty much what you want from people is to see who they really are, not JUST their work background.
